WHAT IS THE SAASTR MEET-A-VC PROGRAM:
An innovative SaaStr community program— Meet-A-VC gives Founders and CEOs the chance to have 1:1 meetings with a hand-picked group of vetted, elite VCs.
This program is exclusive to SaaStr Community members (ie - be a ticketholder of a 2023 SaaStr event or a member of our broader community).
And is your chance to meet some of the world’s leading SaaS investors. Think of it like a match-making service for your company’s next funding round.
Participating investors have included everyone from ICONIQ Growth to Bessemer Venture Partners, to Sequoia, Accel, Point Nine Capital, and countless others.
If you’re a Founder interested in submitting your startup for the Meet a VC program, please follow these steps very carefully:
#1 First, you must be an active member of the SaaStr community:

#2 Remember, this program is strictly opt-in (founders + investors) and is not a guarantee:
Post-revenue Founders and CEOs can apply to the Meet-a-VC Program below by uploading a full deck, stage, funding status, revenues, growth rate, etc. to keep the meetings focused.
SaaStr will verify your community status and provide participating venture firms with a curated list of startups based on their current interests
VCs (direct) and SaaStr (matchmaking) will reach out as desired to set up meetings. Do not expect a reply right away.
Again, it’s strictly opt-in so you’ll only meet with VCs and investors who are actively interested in having a meeting
You will only meet with VCs who have previously attended SaaStr events and whose brands and values are accretive to the SaaS community
#3 Here’s how we connect Founders and VCS:
Your chances of being matched with VCs do go up (though not required) if you attend an event, as many of our participating investors are looking to book in-person meetings during the SaaStr Annual
SaaStr will provide participating venture firms with a curated list of startups based on their current interests
VCs (direct) and SaaStr (matchmaking) will reach out as desired to set up meetings with startups at the upcoming SaaStr Europa event, Annual event or virtually
Note that not everyone will get meetings. Your pitch has to be good! But we can pretty much guarantee you 100s and 100s of top VCs will at least take a look at all program participants. That’s pretty good right there.
Founders in our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion program and 2024 SaaStr event ticket holders will get priority access to VCs in the program.
